We have all been in that situation where we ask a question to a group of young people and have stood in the awkwardness of the resounding silence that follows. Crickets, some may call this. How do you move past this and ensure effective engagement occurs? This is where we step in.

As youth engagement specialists, the Youth Engagement Project training team work with individuals and organisations to increase their capacity to effectively communicate with and engage Gen Z.

This half-day or full-day intensive is designed to upskill and equip your team so that they can feel confident in their ability to connect, build rapport, challenge, guide and lead young people.

This training covers:

  • Building and maintaining rapport and connection

  • Effective debriefing strategies

  • Unpacking the Gen Z landscape

  • Communicating to groups with confidence and clarity

  • Re-engagement techniques

  • Reading and responding to the needs of a group + much more

Our Youth Communication Training and Workshops are suitable for any business, group or organisation who works directly with young people. We work with groups such as Local Councils and Government Organisations, Outdoor Education Leaders, Youth Engagement Officers, Mental Health Presenters and Specialists and those who are required to communicate and connect with youth as part of their job role.
